I rarely give out reviews, I called 911 Plumbing because my outdoor water spigot was broken and I needed it fixed, we had no water. Kevin's call center was very friendly they said he would show up in 45 minutes but he showed up in 15 minutes...he happened to be near Cory lake. He gave me a reasonable quote and did a fantastic job, no games, no gimmicks. Thank you Kevin. Kevin will be my regular Plumber now...

The job was done correctly. I needed new valves on kitchen sink. Kevin told me it was 110 for the valves and then, 275 for the whole install (which I had already half way done)! It took him an hour to the job and it was done just fine. However, all of a sudden I had to pay 110 on top of the 275, a price I wouldn’t have paid if it was stated earlier. I didn’t call him on it because I had to go into a meeting but I would never use them again because of the misrepresentation of charges.

Kevin with 911 Plumbing did an excellent job switching out faucets and installing a hot water filtration system. Fair pricing and courteous service. Happy to have a go to plumber I can trust.

We have called 911 Plumbing several times for help at our house, and my elderly parents' house, as well as my office. They're always prompt, give me accurate estimates, and go the extra mile. Terrific people who do top quality work. I highly recommend 911 Plumbing.

The guys at 911 arrived in under 2 hours of our original call. They replaced the guts in my toilet and fixed a leaky valve all for the original quote of $125. This was a great relief as the roto rooter guy came out earlier today and quoted me $600 for the same job. Then he left in a huff when I told him that was so way out of my budget. So big props to these guys and we will use their services again...most definitely!
