This company has been there for all my plumbing needs. Septic, and repiping. Highly suggest professional and courteous
One of their employees (Austin Nales) came to do some work for me and charged $2,000 not including materials and never finished the job and refuses to pay me back or complete the job. I’ve contacted the company multiple times to try to resolve the issue and they refuse to help me. My next step is to file lawsuit Monday morning 1/30/23 for the money lost and delays on finishing my home. I’m happy to remove this review if the owner will call me and resolve this issue before Monday. I have all the pictures of their van at my house and all the horrible mess they left me in. I would not recommend this company.
A gem of a business! Recently underwent the dreaded water heater replacement scenario to find out the experience was quite honestly painless all thanks to this fantastic company! At the start of placing the initial call to Shane in the front office who scheduled Austin the Tech out to my home the process was extremely satisfying! Ongoing communication throughout second to none! There were a few hiccups during that required Mark the owner’s involvement bc of initial faulty installed parts coming from the parts warehouse but this company stood by their work and by me quite frankly, putting in extended time throughout to advocate for me when involving the manufacturer. Even Took care of all the registering of the warranty work. Additionally they followed up several days after the fact to make sure things were running smoothly! I came across this company a few years ago when they were Used in my home by a decorator for some bathroom equip installs. My experience this time around was no different they were as courteous professional and completely transparent with their pricing as they had been previously with her. I would also like to add unlike many plumbing companies in the Tampa Bay area now that are moving towards a tiered pricing system ATP Does not engage in this and I found them extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this stand out!!!!!
Had About time come to my home to emergently due to a blockage, the entire house was not draining and we started to panic. We called About time at 9pm, the tech called me shortly after and told us he would be there in about an hours time. Brad was here in 45min. Brad was extremely professional and kind. He answered all my questions and put our minds to ease. Very easy to get along with. He had to snake the main drain and solved our issues quickly. While this was going on outside, a toilet started to leak inside. Brad didn't skip a beat, he finished up outside and jumped in got everything working again indoors as well. I highly recommend these guys. You won’t regret it.
