I moved to my new home in 2016 and I needed a plumber and I was fortunate to find Accurate plumbers. John and Mike are prime examples of what good businessmen are. John has come to my rescue many times, and he is phenomenally reasonable. These days unfortunately, it’s difficult to find trustworthy service. Thank God I found Accurate plumbers.!! I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!!!
NEVER…NEVER…NEVER get poor service again!!!! CALL …. ACCURATE PLUMBERS of Fl.Inc Great customer service, honest and knowledgeable people. THEY KNOW WHAT and HOW to diagnose and repair your problem. They’ll come to you, completely ready to do your repair and are extremely FAIR (by far) in their pre-touched evaluation. John and Mike worked hard to fit me in BEFORE the weekend. Got here at scheduled time and were gone in less than 2 hrs!!! We’d been with toilet not flushing or overflowing for 3 days. Toilet was pulled, root ball removed, pipes cleared, toilet replaced and grouted (beautiful job) and bathroom cleaned There’s NOTHING they said or did that was not what they told me before they got started. Including the cost. FAIR. Fair. Fair!!! Had I been referred to John and Mike… my problems would not have gone on for 5 years!! I’ve lived in the area for years now and have had to get plumbing services every year! It was recommended for me to call a competitive company… ie I DID!! Every time and got poor service, except once.
This is one of few plumbing company that doesn’t charge for service call to do an estimate charge. And their service is excellent. They have a master plumber who will come over to inspect and explain everything about the issue, and make few suggestions with options for the customer to decide. They have two plumbers that comes in to do all the work together and complete their jobs. They clean up after their own mess and make sure it is working properly before completing the job. And the master plumber even come out to double check the job to sign it off and collect the payment. Great process and service from this plumbing business. They are highly recommended and doesn’t break your budget compared to other plumbing companies. Prices and labor are reasonable and affordable, that you can manage your budget around.
Excellent service! John gave me a quote to install a hot water heater within an hour of my inquiry. It was installed the next day. Both Mike and John were professional and helpful. They left my garage cleaner than it was before they began! I highly recommend these guys.
John (the owner) and Mike (his son) fixed our shower today and it was by far the best experience I've ever had with a plumber. A great experience from the first phone call to them leaving after a job well done. They were easy to get through to, easy estimate, on time, both professional and friendly, and were clean while working and when finished. They explained everything and even gave advice on other plumbing questions we had. You can tell they know what they're doing and they do it well. I can't say enough good things about this experience. If you fear calling a plumber like I did don't be afraid to call Accurate Plumbers. You won't regret it!
