Cem home to a leak in the ceiling last night. Just a slight pinhole in a copper pipe. Called Acree in the Am and they were here that afternoon. Daniel my technician was quick, easy to work with, professional, and he mad me laugh which helps me feel better about the damage to the home. Acree was awesome and I would call them again if I ever need any plumbing work in the future. Highly recommend. When you call ask for Daniel. He's the best.

Great service!! The technicians were very thorough and professional. They installed a new air conditioner for me in one day!! They also cleaned up after themselves taking the old air conditioner and materials with them!! A plus!! Very sleek design and quiet. A definite recommendation if you are in the market for a new air conditioner and company!!

We became members after needing a pluming issue resolved. Plumbing team and experience was good. Part of the membership is maintenance to your AC. Our AC unit was PERFECTLY FINE. NO ISSUES at all. However, they called to get us schedule for the routine check. Two techs came on 2/5 and we were recommended a couple new parts. We agreed for them to put one part in and we would sit and think on the others. They also recommended air ducts to get cleaned. We went ahead and scheduled for the air duct cleaning the very next day. The next morning,2/6, two different techs came to our home to clean our air ducts. On both days the techs had to mess with the thermostat. When the air duct crew finished and turned everything back on I immediately noticed a different smell coming from the air ducts. I thought maybe it was a chemical they used while cleaning, and figured it would eventually go away. Around dinner time that funny smell came back but it was so strong and my husband knew right away something was burning. And sure enough our thermostat was burning and had melted! I called acree and was told someone would come that night to check it out. No one came until the next day. On 2/7 two men came and saw the thermostat burned up and also examined the panel which showed burn marks too and a blown fuse. We were told then they needed to order a new panel and it should be fine. On 2/17 finally another two men crew came to fix the issue that happened. Except after him replacing the new panel and thermostat and turning it back on they were able to also find that the outside unit also had burned up! And when they turned everything on. it again burned the panel and the thermostat. I could again smell the burning fragrance. We’re told now that “somehow” high voltage was being sent in our low voltage line and we are now needing all new parts and a new 24 volt line wired. Again NOTHING WAS WRONG TO BEGIN WITH! I just called Acree to get an update and our parts won’t be in until next Monday 3/4, just about a full month of no heat or air. The up side is that Acree is taking responsibility. Just unfortunate it even happened. Especially when they advertise “membership brings you to the top of the list”& “always guarantee repairs are fixed right every time. Ask us about our 100% guarantee.” Lesson learned, if it’s not broke don’t fix it. Pray we get it fixed and in the clear next week!

LONG story short version..... New unit installed 11/13/2023, by December 4th 2023 we had water damage to a bedroom adjacent to our air handler closet. Called Acree they sent a technician who found 2 pin holes in our copper condensation line under the new air handler they installed. The 2 pin holes were not there prior to installation. We had to file claim with our home owners insurance for water damages. Acree tried to imply we had previous water damage which is a ball face lie. No disclosure from ACREE or it's employees regarding ANY previous water damage at the time of installation or prior to installation. Do not use this company. 2 star rating with BBB. Complaint to follow with the Florida DBPR Department of business professional regulation. Documentation and photos of damages will be provided to the DBPR. Notice the kinked condensation line. I'm not sure how they expected water to flow properly through a kinked line, the was after the 3rd service appointment. These are only a few of the pictures I have of the damages. DO NOT TRUST ACREE. Terrible installation job from Acree technicians. Your response to my review is also an absolute ball face lie and laughable but not. LIES... Acree should just stop!! Ripping people off. I will go to the ends of the earth and make sure that people know how terrible your company and services truly are.

I had the pleasure of working with Zach Buckner to fix my hot water heater, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided. Zach was not only professional and courteous but also incredibly knowledgeable about his craft. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue efficiently, and got to work right away. Throughout the repair process, Zach maintained clear communication, explaining each step and ensuring I understood what was happening. He exhibited a strong attention to detail and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done to the highest standard. I can't thank him enough for his exceptional service. I highly recommend Zach Buckner to anyone in need of plumbing services. 5 stars without a doubt!!
