CAUTION: I heard their ad on the radio about their HONEST $25 AC Complete Super Maintenance Service, which includes cleaning exterior coils, interior coils, check freon pressures, clean drain line. The TECH said the interior coils (most important) are not included. I said I heard it on the raidio over and over again you DO clean interior coils in the airhandler BUT he would NOT and then told me it would be $994 to clean them (See Picture He Took & Emailed me with his quote). MY AC WAS BLOWING EXTREMELY COLD & just wanted to perform the important 6 month maintnance as the radio ads says but I just paid for the right to be sold by a salesman & paid for an airhandler cleaning that didnt happen. Don't fall for the well worded radio ad that is too good to be true and how honest they are compared to other air conditioning companies in the area. BEWARE

Dylan did a great job. He went above and beyond the call of duty helping me out showing me stuff that I need to know about the system. Very pleased with the service. Happy that I bought these units from them. They had to sell me on them hard before I finally broke down and my electric bill went down. I'm paying $130 a month down from 220 a month. These units were awesome.

First let me say that Dylan Miranda was the bomb! His professionalism and personal/customer service levels are off the charts! Second, the office people I talked with on the phone are equally impressive and polite. I heard the company on the radio last Sunday for he $25 inspection and it was everything they said, no quick in and out but a very thorough cleaning and inspection.
Last, I highly recommend that you join their "Club" for only $8.95 per month, I did and the benefits are well worth it. Besides if you are lucky enough to have Dylan as your technician it is a huge plus.

UPDATE - SINCE WRITING MY ORIGINAL REVIEW THINGS HAVE TURNED AROUND!
All the work is now complete and we are very satisfied with the way the systems work and the follow up. Chelsea and her team were stars in every sense.

Over two months ago we contracted to replace our air conditioning throughout the whole house. It was a $30k expense.
The work was supposed to take a week to ten days for full completion.
While 90% of the work was done - it's not complete and while we have continuing positive dialogue with Chelsea in the Customer Service area - getting things actually scheduled from the Operations area appears to be near impossible.
I know that Chelsea and her colleagues understand the frustration - we are living with ducts that are not completely finished off and an exterior that needs a cover but it seems impossible to get this over the line and completed.
Last week for example an individual was going to come and give us timelines on the last 3 things that are needed. After a day at the residence they just didn't turn up.
I understand that there are times when emergencies take priority over already scheduled appointments and the like but it's the not knowing that becomes the frustration.
MY ASK OF ACS IS TO GET YOUR OPERATIONS ORGANIZATION SORTED so that when your Customer Service team is trying to make a customer happy that there is not this continuing sense of disappointment.
I marvel at the reviews that talk of the amazing service - and I believe that ACS implements good systems but candidly it all doesn't matter when you don't get the job done in a timely manner and its seemingly impossible to get a date out of anyone that the company will adhere to.
I hope that the Management and ownership read this review. I am not a manic, disaffected customer - quite the opposite in fact I want to be an advocate for a business (and I do believe that ACS has high quality technicians) - maybe it's just that you are so successful that you have so much work and that my comments don't matter.
I will update this post as I see how we get these last issues landed.
Chelsea just called since my writing this review - we have an appointment scheduled for Wednesday 13 September......hoping that everything can get resolved. But I do appreciate Chelsea calling on a Sunday. Fingers crossed!

ACS is great! Their technicians are friendly and professional and always timely! I joined their membership to get 2 free annual check ups and discounts if I needed parts. Very pleased with their service! Thank you!
