Sean F literally is a life saver! Well, not literally, but my boyfriend was about to kill me if I didn’t make decisions on my bathroom. I demoed our new house and I’ve been so confused about the layout for our master bathroom. I came here and Sean volunteered to help me do a rendering for free on their software. He spent literally three hours of his life, taking the exact measurements from my photos and layout of my actual bathroom and was able to put the tile and products I wanted to check out from the store into a 3-D rendering so I could see how it actually would look in my bathroom. It made everything so much easier to visualize and certain things that I thought I would want. I didn’t even like once I saw it on the screen. him going out of his way to do that for me is really going to make the difference between loving my bathroom or regretting it.

This location is great!!! Two times now, the Design Supervisor, Jessica, helped me with my choices for picking out shower wall tile and shower floor tile. Her expertise made my overwhelming feelings go away in a heartbeat!! Ladies, don't be afraid to ask for help!!! Jessica is AWESOME!!! Thank you Jessica!! 🤗

Ricky is The Best. His demeanor, his interest to help out changed the way I thought of Floor & Decor because I had always go there and Never had anyone show interest to help. I've been to multiple Floor & Decor locations and hands down this one is my favorite!
Gale at the Pro Desk is Amazing! She's so helpful, sweet & funny. I appreciate all her hard work & she really takes her time to help me. In other stores even though I'm a Pro they don't truly help. This store is worth going to. I have a longer trip, but its worth going there !
