This is our 2nd time purchasing flooring with LL Flooring (Tampa location). Very happy with the products and customer service. Looking forward to seeing my new floors installed and enjoying them for years to come!!
Beyond upset. Please see attached photo of what is in the store. I selected the circled image of the wood that I wanted because it was one tone and what I liked. I was given the above. Didn’t know until they added the oil that it was not what I chose. They are not making it right for false advertising and it’s totally unbelievable. They should of had a worker tell my contractor that it will look like the above and or NOT HAVE THE OLD WOOD OUT PERIOD. Screw this company for totally ruining my kitchen.
Lots of options; vinyl laminate hardwood engineered bamboo moldings baseboard butcher block underlayment transitions glues stair treads etc
At the end of May 2020, the flooring that I found at Lumber Liquidators got installed in my living room, kitchen and Florida room. Willie and Shawn at the Tampa store were the most helpful people I have had the pleasure of working with in a long time. Because of them, I have been back to LL twice to get more flooring to finish updating my condo. Thanks LL for having awesome employees!
Delivering here as a tractor-trailer with 53 ft? Approach from Memorial Highway Westbound side, make a wide right on the no-name backstreet just behind the Dollar Tree. If forced to approach from Hillsborough Ave, make sure you are on the Eastbound side and holding the far left lane - you'll need it to make the ultra-wide right turn into the back alley. Adjust your tandems all the way forward for this area. Use Webb Road for u-turns and respect the school zone.
