I was very impressed with Morgans. There was an issue with a chemical they used which caused some parts of my lawn to die. They did not charge me for two months. When the issue could not be resolved, they re-sodded all of the dead areas. All of their staff are very friendly and professional. Someone always answers the phone. Issues are resolved very quickly. I am very glad that I took my friends' recommendation to use Morgans after spending a lot of money on a new irrigation and sod. They made error, recognized and admitted it, and fixed it to my complete satisfaction. I will be using them for a very long time and recommend them.
Morgan took care of my lawn for nearly 5 years. They never missed a service, and the lawn looked great all throughout each year. They leave helpful notes after every treatment that keep your yard pristine. Selling my home was the only reason I stopped my service. Highly recommend if you are in the market for affordable and friendly lawn treatments.
I like the idea that Morgan is a locally owned business. I have used their service now for about a year and my lawn looks green and very healthy. They also tend to my shrubs and palm trees and do the same great job. I have had a reason to call the office on two occasions and each time was met with outstanding customer service. I have been a loyal customer of Morgan for many years. Here in So Tampa, if you want a nice lawn, they are the local go-to business. I find them to be extremely friendly and responsive. Their team treats my lawn as if it's their own. I've called with concerns about certain plants or pests and had wonderful conversations plus leaders stopping by my property to scope things out and offer solutions. Right now, my grass (in the middle of a drought) looks amazing! I give lots of credit to Morgan for looking after all the green stuff in my yard and ensuring it's at its healty best.
