Highly recommend them for carpeting and flooring needs. We shopped around for new hardwood floors and they not only provided the most comprehensive service, but also the best price.
I had DeAngelo and his crew, and couldn’t have better things to say about them. I was told me it might take 4-5 days to finish my project and they completed it in 2!

I paid over $4,700k for new carpet in a bedroom and closet. I was willing to do this as the carpet was exceptional and I thought I would get what I paid for. I talked to the sales person and advised the direction that I wanted the carpet laid. The first time it was cut offsite and laid in the wrong direction. After at first being told it was a perfect install they agreed to replace it. The second time the install was scheduled I was called an hour after the window and after moving all my furniture a second time that the carpet arrived damaged. After moving the furniture a third time and having the carpet reinstalled the correct direction I found the issues with the threshold into the bathroom and the bubbling at the seam in the middle of the room and the closet They came back and tried to do additional repair work on the threshold that clearly did not work. I was told all my furniture would have to be removed again to fix the stretching problem causing the bubbling in the carpet. I would give this a one star had Naffco not at least tried to fix the problems but it is clear they do not have the skills to do so and I will have to find an alternative solution.

Matthew was wonderful with helping us pick out the perfect color and grain to match our home. The finished product is better than we could have imagine.
When the installers arrived they were on time and super professional from the beginning to completion.
It looks beautiful and it was a breeze with these gentlemen installing. We have nothing but praise for the experience and it was refreshing to witness a true craftsman installed our flooring. We are very satisfied.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had NAFFCO (North Dale Mabry in Carrollwood) install my LVP kitchen floor approximately 2 years ago. There were issues during the install (the workers wanted to install it on top of my uneven, damaged and in some places - missing- 1980 linoleum) but eventually - after a phone call to the service dept; the workers ripped up the linoleum and installed the floor. I had to have them come back another day when I noticed that many of the trim cuts were uneven or poorly done. Finally, the floor was complete. They recommended a specific cleaner (Bona). OK - but lately I'd started to notice that it wasn't really getting the floor clean. There are no children in the house, so it really isn't getting that dirty, but the Bona just wasn't doing it. I stopped into the store on a Saturday (3-5-22) and spoke to Dean. First, he couldn't find my order in the 'system'. Then, when he found it - he stated that it didn't say who the mfgr of the floor was, so he couldn't contact them. I told him that it was Stanton, because that's the warranty stuff they sent me. He told me he 'doubted it' because, in his words "he didn't think they made LVP flooring" regardless of the info that THEY sent me. He said he'd call me on Mon. That call never happened. I waited until Wednesday; and called. He stated that he still hadn't been able to find out who manufactured my flooring (THAT NAFFCO INSTALLED). I reiterated that it was Stanton; and he again doubted me. Did not hear anything for the rest of the week, so I stopped back into the store on Saturday, 3-12-22. Dean was not there, so I left a msg with the salesperson who was there. On Monday 3-14-22; Dean called me stating that he had no way of contacting the manufacturer (of flooring that they sell); and all that he can recommend is Bona (even though it is not cleaning the floor) and he cannot help me any further. I felt that it was a very rude and unprofessional way of dealing with a customer and will never recommend them to anyone.

Jay our salesman in Brandon did an excellent job! But our positive experience ended there. There was an issue with the installation where the carpeting was not tacked down in a doorway. This was at the beginning of May; and on May 11, I called and requested a service order to have this fixed. The requisition was put in by Jay and nothing happened I called weeks later another requisition was put in by Jay, again nothing happened. Finally a month later our indoor cat found the loose carpeting and played with it causing further damage. I immediately called Jay and he contacted the service department and apologized saying that it was entirely their fault and it would be addressed. I waited several more days. A service tech came by looked at it for one minute said it was owner negligence and left. I contacted Naffco asking for copies of the service orders after negligence was mentioned so I could prove that negligence was not on my part. They promised to send the service order copies twice both by mail and email; promises were not kept. Finally after days of wrangling I agreed to a patch job as long as they brought the requisition copies. Once again they agreed and when the patch job occurred the letter was handed to us UNSIGNED! If you do any business with Naffco get everything in writing or it may not happen. Thank you
