Best pool company I’ve ever encountered. Super responsive and consistent. Would recommend them anyone looking. I knew they were great when we had an issue pop up right after we started services and not only did Cody immediately get the problem solved but he followed up to make sure it stayed fixed. Great customer service!
Very happy with the Pool Sharks service! They do a great job servicing our pool and answering any questions quickly. We are a few months into the service, the team has been great!
August 2023 Update: After making a promise that he wouldn't do it again, the owner sent another employee to our house because the first one was unable to properly maintain the pool, and the owner also agreed. The owner then admitted he doesn't have time to service our pool and told us to find someone else. Update: The owner of this business has contacted me and taken the time to personally resolve the issues. Hopefully, this will be a pleasant experience going forward. ZERO STARS- STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPNAY as they fail to render the agreed-upon services and are inexperienced with the services they claim to be professional of. Our pool is now completely inoperable for the first time in 15 years due to them. The owner will promise you the world but will never attend the appointments he schedules to discuss a plan of action. My review comes after 6 months of service and 3 of those month begging them to do their job correctly. * * Most of the reviews for this company are posted by the owner's family and friends.
